So I haven't written on here in awhile. Pretty much everytime I update this blog, I say that. Haha. For some reason, I always tend to forget to update this blog. So here is an update.
As you may or may not know, Jordan is deploying this weekend for the 2nd time. Another long six months is ahead of us. But we will make it through, just like we did last time. It will be tough but we can do this. Today, I ordered the boys their daddy dolls. If you have no idea what a daddy doll is, check it out at daddydolls.com. It should take about 2 weeks for the boys to get them.
Another news update. Logan is now walking everywhere. One day, he just figured out that he could walk, and got up and started walking everywhere. He's also talking quite a bit, even though we can't understand half of what he says.
Landen is three years old and he has grown so much. He's pretty much potty trained. He has a few accidents every now and then, but for the most part he is fully potty trained. We have him on the waiting list for preschool, but still haven't heard from the school yet.
As for me. I am in college right now, doing the online classes. I am in my 2nd semester right now, working on my associates for my business degree. I am also, looking in to attending the New York Institute for Photography. It's quite expensive, so we will see.
For my business..it has really started to take off. The website looks spectacular. I have new lens and studio equipment that I love. I'm really starting to get some clients now. I recently just introduced "Boudoir Photography" sessions into my work. If you have no idea what that is, check out my website for examples.
I just got a photography "job" or gig, whatever you want to call it. I will be take photos of show cars and trucks with models for a calender. So that should definitely put a boost to my business.
So as you can tell, things are really starting to look up. Eventually, I want to open my own business with my own building. However, I think we are going to wait and finish out Jordan's last three years to do that.
